Lovely friends,
Iāve been catching myself in these quiet moments lately where something feels different, and it takes me a second to understand what it is. Itās not something I can point to on the outside, itās more in how Iām responding to things that used to take up a lot of space in my head. Iāll think about something that would have pulled me in before, and it just doesnāt land the same way now. And thatās when it hits me that something has actually shifted, even though I didnāt see it happening while I was in it. Itās more of a realization that shows up after everything starts to settle.
The past few months didnāt feel like a time where I could step back and process everything as it was happening. It felt like showing up, handling what needed to be handled, and moving through it one day at a time. There wasnāt a lot of space to sit and reflect or try to make sense of it while it was unfolding. It was more about being present with what was in front of me and trusting that I would understand it later. And now that things have slowed down even a little, I can feel what that time actually did inside of me.
When I look back at that stretch from March until now, it feels connected in a way thatās hard to ignore. There was a constant sense that things were shifting underneath everything, even on the days that felt the same. It wasnāt always clear in the moment, but there was movement happening, piece by piece. You could feel things rearranging, both personally and in the world around you, even if you didnāt have words for it yet. And now it feels like something has come full circle.
For me, that timeline is really personal.
Everything with my mom started right at the beginning of that stretch, and those months became their own world. Hospitals, care homes, decisions, waiting, sitting in moments that didnāt have clear answers, and learning how to just be present with what was happening. It wasnāt something that passed quickly, it asked me to stay with it, to show up in a way that I hadnāt before. And when she passed, it felt like that entire chapter closed at the same time everything else was settling too.
Thereās something about that I canāt ignore.
Not in a way where I need to explain it perfectly, but in a way where I can feel that it all moved together. Like there was a beginning, a long middle, and then a clear ending that meant something. And sitting here now, I can feel that Iām not the same person I was when all of that started. Something in me changed just from walking through it.
I can feel that in how I hold things now.
Situations that would have pulled me in donāt have the same weight. Iām not reacting as quickly, Iām not getting lost in everything around me, and thereās a steadiness that wasnāt there before. Itās not something I sat down and tried to create, it built over time through everything I experienced. And now itās just there.
Thereās also this feeling of space opening that I didnāt expect.
Not empty space, but the kind that lets you breathe again. The kind where youāre not carrying the same constant tension or trying to manage everything at once. It feels like I can look forward again instead of just focusing on getting through whatās right in front of me. And that shift feels bigger than anything I could have planned.
Thatās where Iāve really felt Archangel Arielās energy come in.
It feels grounding in a way that brings you back into your own life. Thereās a strength in it that feels steady and supportive, like youāre allowed to stand where you are now without bracing for whatās next. It reminds you that youāve already come through something, and you donāt have to keep holding yourself in that same place. Thereās permission there to move forward at your own pace.
Iāve been noticing how my energy is naturally going toward different things now.
Thereās more awareness of what actually feels good, what feels supportive, and what doesnāt need my attention anymore. Iām not trying to force anything into place, Iām noticing what already fits. And that makes decisions feel simpler without needing to overthink them.
Thereās also this sense that a new timeline is opening, and it doesnāt feel far away or abstract.
It feels like itās right here, in the choices Iām making every day. In what I give my time to, what I say yes to, and what I allow myself to move toward. Itās not something I have to chase, itās something Iām already stepping into without realizing it at first.
And what feels different now is that Iām okay not seeing all of it yet.
There used to be a need to understand where something was going before I fully stepped into it. Now thereās more trust in just taking the next step and letting the rest unfold from there. That trust didnāt come from thinking about it, it came from living through something that showed me I can handle what comes next.
Thatās been the biggest shift.
Everything I just walked through showed me that I donāt need to have everything figured out to move forward. It showed me that I can stay grounded even when things feel uncertain. And now that Iāve experienced that, I move differently.
Thereās also something simple that keeps coming up for me.
Life opens again.
After something heavy, after something that takes all of your attention for a while, thereās a natural shift back into living, creating, and building again. It doesnāt happen all at once, it shows up in small moments where you start to feel like yourself again. And those moments matter more than they seem.
Iāve been noticing those moments.
Little shifts where something feels lighter, or I catch myself thinking about the future in a different way. Thereās more openness, more curiosity, more space for something new without needing to control it. And thatās how I can tell Iām already stepping into whatās next.
If youāve been in your own version of this, your own stretch of growth or just getting through something that took more out of you than you expected, I think youāre going to start noticing this shift too. Thereās a feeling that something has actually come to a close, even if nothing big announced it, and you can tell because youāre not standing in it the same way anymore. Thereās more space now, and it might feel unfamiliar at first, like you donāt quite know what to do with it yet. But that space isnāt something to rush past or fill right away, itās something to sit in for a minute and let yourself adjust to.
Because when you really let yourself be there, you start to feel whatās different.
You can feel that youāve moved through something that mattered, something that changed you in ways you didnāt fully see while you were in it. And from that place, the next part of your life doesnāt come from forcing anything or trying to figure everything out all at once. It comes from recognizing that you already have more clarity than you think, and that youāre standing in a place that can actually support whatās next.
Much love,
Lisa š
