Working with Archangel Chamuel through the small moments that rebuild your self-worth
Lovely friends,
Iāve been noticing something lately that I didnāt catch right away because itās not loud or dramatic, itās actually pretty quiet, but it keeps showing up in these small moments throughout my day. It feels like things are settling in a way that I didnāt expect, not because everything is suddenly perfect or figured out, but because Iām not going back and forth in my head the same way I was before. Thereās less of that constant questioning, less trying to rework something into a different outcome, and more of just seeing it for what it is and letting that be enough. And when I really stopped and paid attention to that, I realized how much energy I used to put into trying to make things feel different than they actually were.
Whatās been interesting is that this shift didnāt come from anything big happening. It didnāt come from some clear moment where everything changed overnight or I suddenly had all the answers. It came from these small realizations that started stacking up over time, where something would just click in a way that it hadnāt before. And once it clicked, I didnāt feel the need to keep analyzing it or questioning it. I just understood it differently, and that understanding stayed. Thatās been happening more often, and Iāve started to trust those moments more instead of overlooking them because they donāt feel big enough.
I think part of whatās changing is that Iām not avoiding what I already know in the same way. There are things that Iāve seen for a while, things that Iāve felt but didnāt fully want to acknowledge, and now itās like I donāt have the same resistance to them. Itās not heavy, itās not emotional in a big way, itās just a quiet acceptance of whatās true. And that feels a lot different than forcing yourself to come to terms with something. Itās more like you reach a point where pretending not to see it takes more effort than just letting it be what it is.
Thatās where Iāve really felt Archangel Chamuelās energy around me, and itās not something I would have described as strong or overwhelming, itās actually the opposite. It feels grounding in a way that brings me back to myself instead of pulling me outward. Thereās this sense of being more settled in who I am without needing to adjust it for anyone else or question it as much. And I didnāt realize how much I used to do that until I stopped doing it.
Iāve also noticed that this is showing up through other people in ways I wasnāt expecting. Small interactions where someone says something kind or supportive, and instead of brushing it off or downplaying it, I actually let it land. That sounds simple, but it hasnāt always been easy for me. There was a habit of minimizing those moments or redirecting them without even thinking about it. Now I catch them, and I stay with them for a second, and it shifts something in how I see myself without me having to try to build that up internally.
And this is where I think Chamuel really works in the most real way, not through big signs, but through those small reminders that get woven into your day. It might be someone saying exactly what you needed to hear without knowing it, or you catching yourself doing something differently and realizing youāve grown. It might even be a quiet moment where you just feel a little more okay than you expected to. Those are the moments Iāve started to recognize as support instead of coincidence.
What Iāve been doing lately is just asking to notice those moments more. Not asking for something huge, just asking to be aware when those reminders are there. And when they happen, I stop for a second instead of rushing past them. I let myself feel it, even if itās small, and Iāve started saying thank you in those moments. Not in a formal way, just a quick acknowledgment that I see it and I appreciate it.
And that has shifted something for me.
Because when you actually stop and let those moments land, they build something inside you. You start to remember yourself in a different way. You start to see that youāre not as stuck as you thought, that youāve already moved through more than you give yourself credit for. And that naturally brings in more self-respect, more ease, more of that steady confidence that doesnāt need to prove anything.
Iāve also noticed that when Iām paying attention to those small reminders, Iām a lot kinder to myself without trying to be. I donāt have to force positive thoughts or convince myself of anything. Itās more like Iām seeing myself clearly enough that the criticism softens on its own. And that feels a lot more real than trying to talk myself into self-love.
Thereās also something about letting those moments interrupt your day in a good way. Weāre so used to moving quickly, thinking about whatās next, staying in our heads, that itās easy to miss whatās actually happening right in front of us. But when you start asking to notice those reminders, it slows things down just enough for you to reconnect with yourself in a way that actually sticks.
And it doesnāt have to be complicated.
It can be as simple as saying, āHelp me notice the moments that remind me who I am,ā and then staying open to what shows up. Not looking for something specific, just being aware. And when something does stand out, letting it matter instead of brushing it off.
Because those are the moments that build something real.
Not the big breakthroughs, not the dramatic changes, just the small, steady reminders that youāre already moving forward, even if it doesnāt always feel like it.
If youāve been in a space where youāre starting to see things more clearly, I wouldnāt rush past it. I wouldnāt try to turn it into something bigger right away. Just stay with it, notice whatās shifting, and let those small moments count.
Because they do.
And the more you let them count, the more they start to shape how you see yourself in a way that actually lasts.
You donāt have to force this.
You donāt have to figure it all out.
You just have to be willing to notice whatās already happening.
And let that be enough.
Much love,
Lisa š
