How to Work With Archangel Haniel for Emotional Balance During Turbulent Times
I wanted to check in with you this week because, honestly, it has been a lot. The world energy has been intense and you could feel it everywhere. Conversations felt heavier, the news felt overwhelming, and many people I spoke with said their emotions were right at the surface. When weeks like this happen, it is important to slow down and remember we are not meant to carry the whole world inside our nervous system.
This week had some very strong energy moving through it. Between global tensions, the feeling of things shifting politically, and that big full blood moon eclipse moment, the emotional atmosphere was loud. Many of you told me you were not sleeping well, feeling more sensitive, or noticing your patience was shorter than usual. That is a completely normal response when the collective energy spikes like this.
Sensitive people feel these shifts first. If you are someone who is intuitive or empathetic, you may have noticed your body reacting before your mind understood why. Maybe your chest felt tight, or you felt a little anxious for no clear reason. That does not mean something is wrong with you. It simply means your awareness is open.
This is exactly why we worked with Archangel Haniel this week.
Haniel’s energy brings emotional steadiness. Not numbness, and not pretending everything is fine, but real calm in the middle of emotional waves. When the world feels loud and chaotic, her presence helps your nervous system slow down and settle. That calm allows you to respond wisely instead of reacting to everything around you.
Many of you probably noticed this during the week. There were moments when emotions wanted to rise quickly, especially during conversations or when reading something upsetting. But when you paused, took a breath, and asked for support, the reaction softened. That small pause is where clarity lives.
One thing Haniel reminds us of is that we cannot control the entire world, but we can choose how we move through it. When global events feel intense, people often try to consume more and more information hoping it will bring certainty. In reality, that constant input often overwhelms the nervous system even more.
It is okay to step back sometimes.
You are allowed to limit how much news you read. You are allowed to pause conversations that feel heated. You are allowed to turn your attention toward something grounding like nature, music, or quiet time with people you love.
Protecting your peace does not mean you do not care about the world. It means you are keeping your heart strong enough to continue caring.
One of the things I noticed this week is how quickly emotions were rising for many people. A comment that normally would not bother someone suddenly felt personal. A disagreement felt bigger than it really was. This happens when the emotional atmosphere is heightened.
Haniel helps slow that emotional speed.
Instead of reacting instantly, you begin pausing. You breathe before answering a message. You take a moment before responding in a conversation. That simple act of slowing down changes the entire tone of an interaction.
Your body is often the first place you will notice the difference.
When you are reacting from stress, your breathing becomes shallow and your shoulders tighten. When Haniel’s energy is present, your body relaxes again. Your breath deepens and your mind becomes clearer.
Your body already knows the difference between panic and peace.
This week also reminded us of something important about compassion. When difficult things happen in the world, people with big hearts often try to carry everything emotionally. They absorb every headline and every opinion, thinking it is part of caring deeply.
But compassion does not require emotional exhaustion.
You can care about humanity while still protecting your own emotional balance. In fact, maintaining that balance allows you to show up with more wisdom and kindness in the long run.
Haniel’s energy supports that balance beautifully.
She encourages awareness without overwhelm. She reminds you that staying calm is not weakness, it is strength. When your mind is clear and your heart is steady, you make better decisions and offer better support to the people around you.
Something else I want you to remember is that calm spreads.
When you remain steady during tense moments, the people around you begin to settle as well. Your calm voice slows conversations down. Your thoughtful responses reduce escalation. Your presence reminds others that panic is not the only option.
This is how grounded people quietly help the collective.
You do not need to solve global problems to make a difference. Simply choosing calm awareness instead of fear already shifts the energy around you.
If the past week felt overwhelming at times, be gentle with yourself. Your nervous system may still be processing everything that moved through the collective atmosphere. Give yourself permission to rest, breathe, and reconnect with simple things that bring you peace.
Even small moments help.
Take a walk outside. Drink some water. Sit quietly for a few minutes without your phone. Let your shoulders relax and allow your breath to deepen again.
These simple acts bring your body back into balance.
If you want to reconnect with Haniel’s support, you can keep it very simple. Just pause for a moment and say quietly, “Archangel Haniel, help me respond with calm clarity.” You may notice your body relaxing almost immediately.
Sometimes the most powerful spiritual support arrives in the quietest ways.
This week reminded us how important emotional steadiness really is. The world will always move through cycles of tension and change. But inside those cycles, we still have the ability to choose calm, compassion, and thoughtful responses.
That choice matters more than you realize.
So if you felt a little shaken this week, take a breath and know you are not alone. Many people felt the same intensity moving through the collective energy. The important thing is that we continue returning to clarity instead of getting pulled into fear.
Haniel helps us do exactly that.
She steadies the heart, quiets the mind, and reminds us that calm awareness is one of the most powerful things we can offer the world.
And after a week like this one, that calm matters more than ever.
Much love,
Lisa 💜
If You Want to Sit With Haniel
If this week stirred up a lot of emotions for you, I recorded a meditation with Archangel Haniel that may really help.
Sometimes the best thing we can do after a heavy week is simply sit quietly and let our nervous system settle. In this meditation we invite Haniel’s calm, steady presence and allow that energy to move through the body gently.
You do not have to force anything or try to “do it right.” Just listen, breathe, and allow your system to soften.
Even ten or fifteen minutes of quiet with that energy can bring your mind and body back into balance.
You can listen to the meditation here:
The world may move through intense moments, but your heart can still return to calm. Haniel helps us remember that steadiness is always available when we slow down long enough to receive it.
Patreon is always a good option for our Friday night reiki. Archangel Haniel will be sending the energy to help if you would like to join our community for the energy exchange donation of $5 a month
