Let’s talk real for a minute.
You are not crazy for wanting more. You are not selfish for wanting peace. You are not “asking for too much” because you want money that doesn’t scare you, love that feels safe, and a life that lets you breathe.
That is actually very normal. Your soul is just loud about it. 💜
Manifestation with Spirit is not about forcing life to give you what you want. It’s not about pretending to be happy when you’re not. It’s not about repeating “I’m fine” when you’re shaking inside.
Manifestation with Spirit is about letting support in.
That’s it. That’s the work.
This is not about “fix yourself.” This is about letting yourself be guided, held, and loved while you become the next version of you.
I’m going to walk you through how I see it, step by step, in plain language. Take what fits. Let the rest go.
Step 1: You don’t have to fake being OK 💜
A lot of “manifesting advice” sounds cute until you’re in a real moment.
“Just think positive.”
“Stay high vibe.”
“Act like you already have it.”
That sounds nice. But when your chest is tight, your bills are real, and your heart is tired, that advice can actually make you feel worse. It can make you feel like you’re failing spiritually because you’re human.
You are not failing. You’re just overloaded.
You do not call in better by lying to yourself.
You call in better by being honest:
- I’m scared.
- I’m tired.
- I’m carrying too much.
- I’m pretending I’m fine when I’m not.
Tell the truth to yourself first. This is not negativity. This is clarity.
When you’re honest with yourself, your body finally relaxes. When your body relaxes, your energy opens. When your energy opens, Spirit can actually reach you.
That honesty is the door. 💜
Step 2: Safety before “success” 💜
Here’s something most people never say:
You cannot manifest well when your nervous system is in panic.
You can force some things, yes. You can survive. You’ve clearly been doing it. But the kind of life you are really calling in? The one where you’re not always bracing for impact? That life needs you calm enough to receive it.
So before we talk money, love, health, purpose, any of it, we talk safety.
Do this with me right now:
- Put your feet on the floor if you can.
- Take a slow breath in through your nose.
- Hold for 2… 1…
- Exhale out the mouth like you’re fogging up a mirror. Long and slow.
Now say in your mind:
“I am here. I am safe in this moment.”
You don’t have to feel 100 percent safe in your whole life. You just have to create a safe moment in your body, right now.
That one safe moment is where Spirit gets in. That’s where you receive. That’s where you hear, “You don’t have to carry this alone anymore.”
Your body needs that softness to let in support. Your spirit has always been ready. Your body is the one that needs proof. 💜
Step 3: You are carrying energy that is not even yours
Let’s be even more honest.
Half the pressure on your chest is not yours.
You’re holding worry for people you love.
You’re holding guilt from old stories.
You’re holding “I have to fix everything myself” energy.
You’re holding fear of what might happen.
That weight sits in your shoulders, jaw, stomach, lower back. You call it “stress,” but most of it is not actually you. It’s stuff you picked up because you care.
You’re allowed to put it down.
Try this:
Close your eyes for a moment.
Notice where the tight part lives in your body today. Throat? Solar plexus? Heart?
Put your hand there. Breathe into that spot.
Now say:
“I hand back what is not mine. I release fear. I release pressure. I do not have to hold it all anymore. I am supported. 💜”
Then imagine that stress melting down through your body, draining out of you, and going into the Earth.
The Earth knows what to do with that. The Earth can recycle heavy energy and turn it into something neutral.
You are not weak for letting it go. You are not dumping your mess. You are letting yourself heal.
Listen: you cannot pour new blessings into a cup that’s already full of old pain. Releasing is part of manifesting. Releasing makes room.
This is where you stop being the storage unit for everybody else’s emotions.
Step 4: Step into flow, not fight 💜
Now that you’re softer, I want you to imagine something.
Picture yourself floating on warm water. You are not sinking. You are held. This water is Spirit. This is your divine support. This is the energy of “highest and best.”
Feel that for a second.
Most of us live like we’re in deep water trying to kick and kick just to stay up. We’re tired, always trying to control the outcome. Always thinking “If I stop working so hard for one second, everything will fall apart.”
That is survival mode.
But the truth is, your soul is not asking you to fight forever. Your soul is asking you to let yourself be carried.
Let yourself say this:
“I allow the highest and best for me. I let myself be guided. I trust that what is meant for me does not make me beg, panic, or chase. 💜”
This is where your energy shifts.
You are not screaming “Why isn’t it here yet?!”
You are saying “I am here. I am ready to receive what already matches me.”
That is manifestation.
Not begging. Allowing.
Step 5: Stop trying to control every detail
Control comes from fear.
Control sounds like:
“I need THIS job with THIS title paying THIS number by THIS date.”
“They need to text me back and say EXACTLY THIS so I can calm down.”
“I want this exact situation or I’ll be upset.”
You’re not bad for thinking that way. You’re scared. You just want to feel safe.
But here’s the problem with control: when you lock onto one specific version, you block better doors.
You tell the Universe, “Only this,” and the Universe is like, “Sweetheart, I actually had something 10 times better and way less drama, but sure, go off.”
Instead of control, try asking for aligned opportunity.
Aligned opportunity sounds like:
“I call in work that honors me, supports me, and pays me well.”
“I call in safe love that is honest, steady, and mutual.”
“I call in financial ease so I can breathe and feel stable.”
“I call in support that lets me rest without guilt. 💜”
Do you feel the difference?
Control chases.
Aligned opportunity receives.
Aligned opportunity says, “If it’s not good for me, I don’t want it.”
That alone will save you so much heartbreak.
Step 6: Speak it into your field
Now we let the new timeline move into you.
Close your eyes and imagine a warm golden light above your head. Like sunlight, but soft and alive. This is love. This is Source. This is the highest plan for you.
See that light slowly pour down into the top of your head, into your mind. Let it wash out old fear thoughts.
Then let it move into your throat, so you can speak your truth without shaking.
Let it move into your heart, so you feel chosen and safe to receive.
Let it fill your stomach and hips, so you feel steady and supported in real life, not just in your head.
Now repeat:
“I am open to what is for my highest and best. I receive stability. I receive softness. I receive support. I receive opportunities that are right for me. 💜”
Say it like you mean it, even if part of you doesn’t fully believe yet.
That part of you that doesn’t believe is just old programming. It’s not your truth. It’s just habit.
Step 7: Take your one next step
Manifesting with Spirit does not mean “sit on the couch and wait for magic.” You are co-creating.
Your job is not to figure out the entire future. Your job is to follow the next aligned step.
Not 20 steps. One.
Ask:
“What is my next one step that supports this new reality?”
Then listen.
Sometimes that next step will be to reach out, make a call, submit something, speak up, try something new.
Sometimes that next step will be to rest, say no, pull back, stop giving so much of yourself to people who don’t pour back.
Rest is also action, by the way. Rest is how you tell Spirit, “I trust I don’t have to grind myself into the ground to deserve safety.”
Take that step. That is you saying yes. That is you telling Spirit, “I’m serious. I’m available. I’m in.”
This is partnership. You and Spirit walking together. 💜

You are allowed to have a life that feels kind. You are allowed to be supported. You are allowed to stop fighting everything alone.
You are allowed to receive. 💜
