The best foods to heat for a healthier heart chakra and why it is important!
The fourth chakra, also known as the Heart Chakra, is many times associated with the lungs and heart. If this particular chakra is imbalance or blocked you will have to deal with a wide range of issues, and this is why making sure that you deal with it as fast as possible is very important. Choose love, forgiveness, and acceptance and move on for a healthy heart chakra!
If not treated immediately, the Heart Chakra imbalance issue set can bring in front issue such as hypertension, respiratory ailments, as well as pain in the shoulder area and the upper back.
